I am a Realtor in the Denver, Boulder and Grand County Real Estate markets with more than 24 years of experience. I specialize in Listing and Buyer Representation, Staging, Relocation, Residential, Short Term Residential and Investment Real Estate.
The Denver market is constantly changing from slow to fast and I see and manage it all. I close over $26 million in Sales Volume every year–closing 60 transactions annually. Through ownership of Modern Design Realty Group LLC, we can control the new trends in Real Estate and grow with these changes. I was with RE/MAX for 24 years and consistently in the top 1% of the RE/MAX organization. That’s how you know I work hard for every one of my clients!
My unique selling approach delivers results. We stage all our listings with a combination of my seller’s furniture and staging the right items through the company, which owns approximately 80k in furniture and decorating items. We provide this service as part of my standard commission as we feel that if a home is presented well and marketed well, it spends less time on the market. This normally means a higher net to my Seller with multiple offers.
Originally from Australia, I incorporate the “Down Under” fun, which is an honest and straight forward approach with an extensive knowledge of the Denver, Boulder and Grand County Real Estate markets. Prior to Real Estate, I was involved with the Fashion and Interior Design industry in Australia. I bring this experience into Real Estate to help my clients discover all the possibilities a home may have to offer.
