“Aussie Styling, Staging & Renovation Design included to Maximize your $.” I have been working as a Realtor in the Denver and Boulder Real Estate markets since 1998. I specialize in Listing and Buyer Representation, Staging Specialist, Relocation, Residential and Investment Real Estate.

The Denver Market is an ever changing market from the Slow to the Fast and I have worked successfully through each. I close over $26 million in Sales Volume every year closing 60 transactions. We own and manage Modern Design Realty Group LLC so we can control the new trends in Real Estate and grow with these changes. I was with RE/MAX for 24 years and consistently ranked #9 individually in RE/MAX Mountain states which puts me in the Chairman’s Club and the top 1% of the RE/MAX organization. What does this mean, I work hard for everyone of my clients!

I an unique in my approach to selling my listings. I stage all my listings with a combination of my sellers furniture and staging items we own. Currently I we own approximately 80k in furniture and decorating items. I provide this service as part of my standard commission as I feel that if a home is presented well, marketed well, it is less time on the market. This normally means a higher net to my Seller with multiple offers.

Originally from Australia, I incorporate the “Down Under” fun, honesty and straight forward approach with my extensive knowledge of the Denver and Boulder Real Estate markets. Prior to Real Estate, I was involved with the Fashion and Interior Design industry in Australia. I like to combine both these fields with Real Estate to help my clients discover all the possibilities a home may have to offer.

An Australian native, Mandy relocated to the United States in her mid-twenties with five hundred dollars to her name. Casting about for a career that could incorporate her experience in the fashion design industry, she ultimately set her sights upon the real estate industry. “My mother-in-law owned a Century 21 office in Littleton,” she recalls, “and it just seemed like a great option but I choose to go the RE/MAX route” Now more than two decades into her real estate career, Mandy’s fashion design background has been put to good use; her designer’s eye helping her with effectively staging her listings and helping clients see the possibilities in a home prior to purchasing.

“I’m able to go into a home,” says Mandy, who is also a veteran of multiple home redesign renovations, “and see what can be done to optimize it. Do we need to do a master bathroom renovation? Do we need fresh paint, or new tile?” Mandy’s expert presentation of her listings – including professional staging, at no extra cost to her sellers – has resulted in an incredible track record of rapid sales, with the majority being snatched up after only hours on the market.

When she’s not working, Mandy enjoys nothing more than spending time with her husband and two sons. Traveling – particularly to their home in Hawaii and Australia – is a family passion, as are wakeboarding, skiing, camping, mountain biking and other outdoor activities.
